Kualifikasi :

1.    Pendidikan minimal S1, lebih disukai dari bidang ekonomi manajemen/akuntansi

2.    Pengalaman sebagai Branch Manager minimal 5 tahun  

3.    Menguasai bidang operasional (front dan back office) dan lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang consumer/individual banking

4.    Menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara aktif, lebih disukai yang dapat berbahasa Mandarin

5.    Memahami system ICBS

6.    Berorientasi pada pelayanan (service excellent)

7.    Memiliki komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik.

8.    Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik (akan mengelola 20-30 anak buah)

Mortgage Specialist – Code : MS
- Bachelor degree from reputable local / overseas universities
- Having a wide networking with developer / property agent
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage

Personal Banker – Code : PB
- Bachelor degree from reputable local / overseas universities
- Having a wide networking with developer / property agent
- Having Bancassurance and WAPERD certificate
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage

Card Sales Manager – Code : CSM
- Bachelor degree from reputable local / overseas universities
- Having at least 2 years sales management in banking service experience especially for credit card and unsecured loan
- Having at least 1 years as Team Leader
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage

Card Field Manager – Code : CFM
- Bachelor degree from reputable local / overseas universities
- Having at least 3 years sales management in banking service experience especially for credit card and unsecured loan
- Having at least 1 years as Team Leader

System and Procedure Staff – Code : SPC
- Bachelor degree from PERBANAS
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking operasional, preferably in treasury or foreign transaction
- Preferably have experience in arrenge banking operational system and procedure
- Able to use MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
- Able to make computer

AS/400 System Analyst (kode : ITG-PRG Senior)
- S1 (graduate) computer/informatika Min GPA 2,75
- Have an experience in Programming RPG IV AS/400 min. 5 years.
- Have an experience in System Analyst min 1 years.
- Good knowledge in banking system
- Familiar with ICBS system will be of advantage
- Familiar Operating System OS/400
- Hard worker, honest, self motivated, able to work independently and in team

- Information System, minimum S1
- Understand programming language: NET(VB.NET or C#), Delpi, Java, Foxpro
- Good Knowledge Web and Desktop platform.
- Understand database programming : SQL Server (Store Procedure, Trigger and SQL Command)
- Have joined in project minimum 1 year programming
- Preferably have banking knowledge especially Regulatory Application to Bank Indonesia
- Preferbly capable to collaborate in tam as the leader for technical solution.

- Have good communication skills
- Good in English both written and spoken will be an advantage
- Able to work in a term and/or able to lead a project.
